⬆ Import HiBid CSV
Upload the HiBid winner CSV. After importing, use 📍 Upload Pickup to match shelf locations.
Enter the date the auction closed — a new auction entry is created automatically if it doesn't exist yet
From HiBid → Reports → Winner/Invoice Report

📍 Upload Pickup / Location CSVs
Select one or more pickup CSVs — each file is matched by title against lots already imported for the selected auction.
From HiBid zip export → pickup.csv — select multiple files at once
💰 Import Payments CSV
Upload the HiBid payment CSV (columns: Bidder Number, Name, Payment).
Payment = outstanding balance still owed.
• ✓ Not in file → charged by HiBid CC — marked Paid
• ✓ Payment = $0 → cleared — marked Paid
• ⚠ Payment > $0 → still owes — marked Unpaid (e-transfer/cash needed)
Format: Bidder Number, Name, Payment — e.g. "19 may payment.csv"
